Shipping and Handling
Booth Ceramics offers Flat Rate Standard Delivery at $8.00 per order and Express Delivery is available at an additional $20 per order.
FedEx is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped, approximately two to three business days from order date. Packages shipped with signature upon delivery are determined by the carrier's discretion. Delivery estimates begin one business day after the order is placed to provide time for processing.
Standard Delivery in 5-8 business days
Express Delivery in 3-5 business days
*Photographs will be delivered separately if ordered with other items. The Standard Delivery estimate for photographs is 2-4 weeks.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. We deliver to over 100 countries around the world. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
Booth Ceramics gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit less original shipping fee (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable). The store credit will be issued via email and will contain a code which can be activated at checkout for your next purchase. Only one store credit can be used per order. If the total of your order is greater than the value of your store credit, you can pay the difference by credit card.
